Ian also teaches coaching at one of the UK’s top universities and is co-author of “Challenging Coaching: Going beyond traditional coaching to face the FACTS” a highly acclaimed book, and Ian regularly speaks about the FACTS model at coaching and business conferences. Ian graduated with a degree in psychology and had a career in Human Resources for over 20 years, including Group Head of Talent for an international FTSE 100 company. Ian also has an advanced diploma in coaching and mentoring, and a certificate in counselling.
