The way I work

I assist clients to help them discover more effective and powerful ways to lead.

With my personal experience of culture change between Ghana and the UK, I am familiar with the leadership dynamics of cultural fluidity, often fluctuating between global and local standards.

I enjoy working with clients in culturally diverse environments or who are in transition, challenging them to reach their potential. Often, this requires identifying opportunities for development using current skills and resources.

I like to bring warmth and practicality to sessions, with a questioning approach. Results can be transformative.

Structure

The format of coaching sessions is determined by the client’s agenda and needs: 6 x 2-hour sessions, 4-6 weeks apart or one-to-one meetings, 30-60 minutes in length, by phone, video, or in person. Clients have the option of their manager being present for a three-way meeting at the outset and on completion of coaching.

Experience

I have many years’ experience in the UK financial services sector, working for HSBC Private Bank, Janus Henderson, Hermes Federated Asset Management, Director of EM Brokerage Group, supporting concierge and consulting companies through culture change, M&A joint venture launch and market entry in China.

Training & Qualifications

University of Cambridge; BA in Computer Science, University of Middlesex; Investment Management Certificate (IMC), CFA; The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
